What you see in the paintings
The colors come straight from nature. Inside them are women who don't pose. They are just there. Some carry a tiny word on their cheek, the way you write something on your hand so you won't forget it. Others hold the sentence big and bright across the image. Three artworks skip the face completely and are pure lettering. Everything is painted in mixed media, with lots of layers and collage.
