A vernissage with an endless speech and a glass of bubbly? Bores me to death.

If I do it, I do it properly. When I throw a vernissage, it becomes an art event – built around the theme of the series. In unusual locations, with actors, dancers, music and above all: lots of fun.

All of that takes a lot of organising. Maybe that’s why I’ve been dodging it a little in recent years. And yet I love these evenings as soon as I’m in the middle of them – and they stay with you for a long time.
