How your order reaches you depends on who makes it: Printful or me. You will find both here.
Products made by Printful
Posters and other Printful products are only made after you order, whenever possible at the Printful production site closest to your delivery address. Printful then ships them directly to you. This saves delivery time, customs fees and unnecessary transport.
- Shipping costs: calculated at checkout from your address, the product and the shipping method. You see the exact amount before you buy.
- Timing: most orders are produced within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the shipping method.
- Tracking: as soon as your artwork has shipped, you receive a tracking link.
Everything else: originals, hand-embellished prints, postcards and more
Everything that does not come from Printful, I ship myself.
Delivery time: shipping takes about 10 working days. Hand-embellished prints are only made after you order, so delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks. I am a very small business, illness or holidays can sometimes cause delays. I try to keep to the 10 working days, and sometimes it is faster. Thank you for your understanding! If you need your artwork sooner, please send me a request.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the value of your order (without Printful products) and the destination country. All amounts are flat rates per order, including VAT.

Customs outside the EU
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, import taxes or other charges in your country. These are paid by the customer.
Pick-up at the studio
Originals and calendars can also be picked up free of charge at the studio by appointment: Kronengasse 9 (in the courtyard), 63263 Neu-Isenburg, Germany. The studio has no fixed opening hours. Digital products ship free of charge.
Commissions
For commissioned works I pass on the shipping costs without any surcharge. They depend heavily on size, weight and destination country. Transport insurance covering the full value of the work is available on request. Just let me know. Once you have your quote and we agree, I have shipping calculated, with insurance if you want it, and tell you the cost in advance.
Correct address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
