STEP ONE! The vision
The first step is to fill out the custom order questionnaire below and send reference or inspiration images. Once we agree on your creative vision, we can agree on a price! Once the first payment is made, your place will be saved in my waiting list for a painting.
STEP TWO! Collecting personal content...
Then we'll schedule a 30-minute video chat or call between you and me to get to know each other better and go over the information and images for the painting. Then it is up to you to “collect" personal content, which will later fill the background of your painting as a collage. There are no limits to your imagination here.
Send to me per Mail (jpg, pdf) E.g., photos, birth certificates, blueprints, city maps, lyrics, poems, motto, dates/numbers, memories (concert tickets, plane tickets, letters...), postcards, etc. If applicable, haptic materials by post: fabrics, wallpapers, posters, books...
STEP THREE! Creation of your painting
After that I will start the process of creating your painting! I will first create a concept sketch, which I will then coordinate with you. Once you agree, I will start painting! First of all, if available, the content you "supplied" will be applied to the painting as a collage. On this collage background I will then paint your motif. During this process, I will send you by mail or Whatsapp every now and then a brief update, should minor change requests arise, I adapt these, according to your wishes.
STEP FOUR! Grand unveiling
Once the painting is completed, I will send you a photo and a short movie video of your new painting! If you are happy, the second payment installment is due. After the work is completely dry, we carefully package your new painting and coordinate all shipping arrangements. Your artwork is then on its way to you in its new home!
